General Assembly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Crue\u2019s General Assembly is the highest governing body of the institution. It is made up of the 76 rectors of member universities and its mandate includes overseeing the organisation, functioning and activities of the asociacion, for which it elects the members of its governing bodies and other representatives. Through agreements and declarations, the General Assembly plays a role in communicating its position on different issues that affect Higher Education. The General Assembly approves the statutes, normative framework, annual budget, or the Annual Work Plans of its Sectorial Commissions, among other.<\/p>\n\n\n

Governing Board<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Governing Board is the governing and representative body of the Association, responsible for representing and managing its interests in accordance with the provisions and guidelines of the General Assembly. It is composed of the Presidency; two Vice Presidencies; four Members; up to three Delegates who do not hold Vice Presidencies or Member positions; the Presidents of the Sectoral Commissions; and the General Secretariat, which has a voice but no vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standing Committee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Standing Committee is the ordinary management body of CRUE, responsible for implementing the agreements adopted by the General Assembly and the Governing Board.
