CRUE Action Plan 2024-2027 within the Framework of CoARA
On 12 December 2024, in line with its commitments to CoARA, CRUE’s leadership presented the “CRUE Action Plan at the Coalition for Advancing Research Assesment (CoARA), 2024-2027” to its Governing Board. This plan outlines the actions and initiatives that the association commits to implementing during this period to advance a new research assessment culture.
Crue President meets in Brussels with the French, Czech and Swedish Rectors’ Conferences and participates in the EUA Council

The President of Crue Universidades Españolas and Rector of the Universitat Jaume I, Eva Alcón, met this Thursday, 26 October, in Brussels, with representatives of France Universités (FU), the Czech Rectors’ Conference (CRC), the Swedish Association of Higher Education Institutions (SUHF) and the European University Association (EUA), with the aim of strengthening institutional alliances to reach agreements and joint actions on policy priorities for Higher Education in the coming years.

Crue Spanish Universities participated on December 1 in the Constitutive General Assembly of the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment (CoARA) in Brussels, chaired by Marc Schiltz, President of Science Europe, and by Amanda Crowfoot, Secretary General of the European University Association (EUA). Both institutions are the promoters of the European initiative for the reform of research evaluation. Crue is one of the organizations that has joined this coalition from the beginning and has committed to monitoring and informing its member universities about its progress and lines of work
