Third edition of ConSIMium: Six Spanish students step into the shoes of European leaders
Brussels, 21 February 2025. Six Spanish university students, selected by Crue Universidades Españolas, participated on 20 and 21 February in ConSIMium, a simulation exercise organised by the Council of the European Union. This event, held in Brussels, brings together 27 student teams from EU Member States, allowing them to experience firsthand the negotiation process of European leaders and the decision-making procedures in Europe.
CRUE strengthens its collaboration with the OECD in higher education and international cooperation

The Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE) has held two high-level meetings with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) at its headquarters in Paris over the past two days, with the aim of strengthening cooperation in the field of higher education and the internationalisation of universities. Additionally, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with France Universités.

The Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE) and France Universités have signed today a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the headquarters of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris. This agreement reinforces the ties between both institutions and reaffirms their commitment to international cooperation in higher education and research.
